Here’s a behind-the-the-scenes tour of the Old Tolland County Jail and Museum, one of the locations we used for “Inside.” Thanks, Kathy, for the tour!
We have launched a Kickstarter campaign to help fund the film. If you can, please consider supporting us! Backers will receive some great prizes, as well as updates on the film!
I’m thrilled to announce that Beecher Cotton will be joining the “Inside” production team as DP! You can view his reel online here: http://www.beechercotton.com

I spent the last few weeks working as the DP of Alvaro Congosto’s thesis film, “Glances.” I had a great time and am looking forward to seeing the film come together! Now… back to work on “Inside!”
Last week, I really enjoyed attending the SMPTE / New England meeting and the presentation by John Gates on LED lights for TV and motion picture production. We got to test a number of different lights. I especially liked the LitePanels products - and can already think of a number of ways we can make use of the 1x1 series on Inside. We learned a lot and hope to put that knowledge (and some of the products!) to use on set!
Here are some photos from the historic Tolland County Jail - this will be a location for the film! (Click to see more)
We’ve been awarded a scholarship from the BU Women’s Guild! A huge thank you to the Guild for this honor and their support of “Inside.”
The prison writing blog is live! Check out PrisonWriting.org to read interviews with Arthur Longworth and Greg Goodman. These two men wrote the memoirs that inspired the script for the short film.
We’re looking forward to attending the Making Media Now conference on May 6th!
